I am a Certified Executive Coach and I  believe that coaching is a key pillar in the development of executives.  Ambitious leaders need a trusted, thinking partner to support them in the achievement of their goals.

My coaching credentials include a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University and PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation.

Prior to coaching I had over 20 years of  executive experience in Sales and General Management in the CPG industry. I was the Vice President & GM of PepsiCo Foodservice Division and part of PepsiCo Canada's Sr Leadership Team.

I bring a combination of executive experience and formal coach training to every coaching engagement. I have an understanding of the external, client environment and the internal challenges leaders face. 

I coach executives at the Director through C-suite level.  I work with leaders who want to accomplish big goals and have a desire to develop their executive skills.

My goal is to help leaders to grow, perform and enjoy their leadership journey.  Together we will set goals that strengthen your leadership impact.  I act as your thinking partner to broaden your perspective and support you to take action on what's truly important.   

   To support client growth, I am certified in several assessment tools that help you gain important personal insights.

 I offer executive coaching engagements of 6 months or 12 months.  The process starts with a no charge discovery meeting where we assess if coaching is right for you.   

A coaching engagement has five chapters:

1. Goal Setting Sessions  
2. Assessment Debriefs
3. One on One Coaching 
4. Mid-Point Review 
5. Wrap-Up & Sustainment Plan
