I am a Certified Executive Coach and I believe that coaching is a key pillar in the development of executives. Ambitious leaders need a trusted, thinking partner to support them in the achievement of their goals.
My coaching credentials include a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads University and PCC designation from the International Coaching Federation.
Prior to coaching I had over 20 years of executive experience in Sales and General Management in the CPG industry. I was the Vice President & GM of PepsiCo Foodservice Division and part of PepsiCo Canada's Sr Leadership Team.
